Overview
The Duelling Halls are a location where players duel one another. In order to get there, players must talk to a Duelling Halls NPC which is found all around the world in certain towns. Upon arriving, players can talk to the Arena Selector NPC. Players also have the option to leave the Duelling Halls by talking to this NPC or clicking the purple particles on the wooden door that says “Leave?”. In addition, players can also talk to the Arena Tokens Shop NPC to spend Arena Tokens and claim rewards from the Arena Exclusive Shop at the end of an Arena season.
Arenas
There are a total of eight duelling arenas for players to choose from. They can select any arena from FFA, Duelling Table, Great Hall, Pillar, Spleef, Coliseum, Death Chamber, and Ministry. Each arena has its own unique theme.
FFA
The FFA arena is located at the end of the Duelling Halls on the left side. Visually similar to the Great Hall arena, it contains red instead of blue carpet. Players typically have free-for-all style duels here, which means everyone is against each other.
Duelling Table
The Duelling Table is located in between the FFA and Great Hall arenas. Here, players test their skills in duelling while on a platform. It is easily recognisable with its green wool surrounding the entrance as well as the green on the table.
Great Hall
The Great Hall arena is be located in the middle of the Duelling Halls. There, players duel one another in a grandiose Great Hall-themed arena. Blue wool denotes its location.
Pillar
The Pillar arena is similar to the Great Hall but with a twist. Players must duel with a pillar in the middle of the arena. This could either be an advantage or a disadvantage for the players duelling. It is unique with its pink wool on the banners inside and outside of the arena.
Spleef
The Spleef arena is another twist of the Great Hall arena. Using spells such as Reductamus and Deprimorda, players attempt to break the floor below and make others fall.
Coliseum
The Coliseum Arena is a giant FFA arena that is very open. Players access it through the Arena Selector NPC. In order to get into the arena itself, players must click a sign of their choice which will teleport them to either the eagle spawn, badger spawn, snake spawn, or the griffin spawn.
Death Chamber
The Death Chamber is be accessed through the Arena Selector NPC and is similar to the Veil in the Department of Mysteries. Players must be beware of the Veil, as it can kill anyone who walks into it.
Ministry
The Ministry is also accessed through the Arena Selector NPC. Similar to a maze, players run around and fall through levels of the arena while duelling each other.
Arena Tokens Shop
The Arena Tokens Shop is also located in the Duelling Halls. There are a variety of rewards players can purchase using Arena Tokens which are earned by attending challenges and tournaments. The rewards include wand appearances, flares, and hats.
