Overview
This two-story, 1970s home resides along the beach. With a plain and simple exterior, it has a cosy interior populated by blue chairs, blue tablemats, and blue beds. A dining room and kitchen are built into an extension at the back of the house. There are two bedrooms, a large attic, as well as some skylights for natural lighting.
Since its foundation, the home has been owned by the Weaselby family, who originally used it as a holiday home. After Flora Dolair and Ben Weaselby’s wedding on the 1st of August 1997, the holiday home now serves as a permanent residence for the couple. During the Second Wizarding War, Henry Porter, Roland Weaselby and Henrietta Graynder had temporarily resided here for shelter. Atop one of the sandy hillsides nearby is Dorbi’s grave. Dorbi was the former house-elf for the Malfin family and also a friend of Henry.
On Potterworld’s world map, Seaside Cottage can be found inland towards the southwest side of Great Britain. As this is a Wizarding Residence, players are meant to visit it in a Year 5 quest by flying with a broom or walking from a nearby town, which is most often Tristmoor, or wizarding residence, such as The Hovel. From the cottage, these surrounding towns include Longbay Landing to the far north and Tristmoor to the northeast. At the Seaside Cottage, visiting players cannot find a Crafting Centre, Fire Dust Network location, Marketplace, Bank, Tommy Riddle, Shady Dealer, Vendor, or Minigames here.
Geography & Environment
Built along the beach towards the southwest end of Great Britain, Seaside Cottage has a moderate climate. Sparse vegetation litters the sandy dunes nearby, adding greenery. Moreover, an ocean breeze is ever-present, which aids in having cooler temperatures in the hotter months. The waterfront itself is shallow and contains neither flora nor fauna.

Creatures and Plants
There are no local mobs close to the Seaside Cottage. However, there are the tame Level 38 Pitlucks by the stables to the northwest and the colourful Level 36 Fweepers in the forest to the east. All of these mobs will drop their respective mob drops, and Year 4 broom materials and recipes on rarer occasions, along with Level 31-40 gear recipes.
Despite having a variety of mobs nearby, there are no profession plant nodes to be found in the immediate area.

There are no known hidden chest locations in Seaside Cottage.
Trivia
- The inscription on Dorbi’s grave matches the canon one.
- A lone lamp stands nearby on the sandy shore. Perhaps it has some magic to it?
