Obtaining Fire Dust
Fire Dust can be bought from various House Elf NPCs around the world. Each House Elf is located near or beside its respective fireplace. Almost every town that has a fireplace also has a House Elf where players are able to purchase Fire Dust. However, four of the towns currently do not have a House Elf; these include: Squalus Cove, Edgebrook, Eldham Ridge, and Rushstone.

History
When first introduced in mid-2016, Fire Dust had the title of Floo Powder and was purchased from the Caretaker NPC and Floki’s Floo shops in Diagonal Lane and Hogsend! The prices were only 30 Floo Powder for 3 gold. Each time a player travelled with Floo Powder it would cost them 1 Floo Powder.
Prior to the Revelius Update in July of 2020, Fire Dust was much cheaper and was a quick and easy way to transport around the world. Fire Dust was a digital currency recognised in a player’s balance and was less than 1 gold per piece. Fire Dust would transport players to locations such as the Hogsworth Common Rooms, as well as other residences such as The Dwelling.
